Retail Store, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Faithfully conducted daily store visits as per plan, ensuring adherence to company standards and objectives.
∎ Take care of the inventory and company property associated with the stores of assigned business area.
∎ Maintaining regular physical inventories by stock category-wise at retail shops as well as maintain master data and generating daily/weekly/monthly reports.
∎ Proficiently supervised and monitored store operations, including stock levels, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotional activities, aligning them with targeted goals.
∎ Effectively managed store operational costs, meeting or surpassing set targets while maintaining financial accountability.
∎ Demonstrated leadership prowess in team management, fostering employee growth, and minimizing attrition.
∎ Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
∎ Lead the team comprising Store/ Outlet Managers and Sales Promoters for achieve business targets.
∎ Identify locations for new stores, help for execute new projects by expand/ relocate/ consolidate stores as per company plan.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service to delight consumers.
∎ Ensured timely updates of licenses and other statutory documents, guaranteeing compliance with legal requirements.
∎ Prepare and provide regular, periodic, and other reports required by the company.
∎ Prepare business plan and yearly budget for the assigned area.
∎ Provide market intelligence data and develop the outlet/store sales force.
∎ Carry out any directives given by The Management, for betterment of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must be an excellent team player
∎ Ability to work under pressure as individual and team
∎ Mentality to travel across the country
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skill
∎ Adaptation capability
∎ Analyzing skill
