Agro Businesses, FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the sales target product-wise, customer-wise and month-wise
∎ Implement the promotional activities as per planning
∎ Collect sales order & ensure supply the products also collect the money as per policy
∎ Report to the Manager, Sales & Marketing timely
∎ Perform any other Job assigned by the superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Agro product Marketing (Pesticide, Fertilizer & Seeds etc.)
∎ Must be willing to intensive travelling in the field (80% field visit of total working hour)
∎ Strong negotiation skill with the customer/dealer & others
∎ Motor bike driving & valid driving license
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)

∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
