∎ • Proven experience (X years) as a CNC Machine Operator or Laser Machine Operator.
∎ • Proficiency in operating CNC machines and laser cutting equipment, including setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
∎ • Knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) and CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
∎ • Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
∎ • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
∎ • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
∎ • Physical stamina and dexterity to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
∎ • Certification or training in CNC machining or laser cutting operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • We are looking for a skilled CNC/Laser Machine Operator to join our team.
∎ • Set up CNC machines and laser cutting equipment based on job requirements, including loading materials, selecting cutting tools, and adjusting machine settings.
∎ • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations and dimensions.
∎ • Program CNC machines using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software to generate tool paths and cutting instructions.
∎ • Operate CNC machines and laser cutters to cut, shape, and finish workpieces with precision and accuracy.
∎ • Monitor machine operations, including tool wear, spindle speed, and feed rates, to ensure optimal performance and quality control.
∎ • Inspect finished parts for accuracy, surface finish, and dimensional conformity, making adjustments as needed to meet quality standards.
∎ • Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines and laser cutting equipment to keep them in good working condition.
∎ • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
