∎ • Proficiency in operating digital printing equipment, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
∎ • Knowledge of digital printing technologies, processes, and software applications (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
∎ • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret job orders and specifications accurately.
∎ • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly and effectively.
∎ • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
∎ • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
∎ • Physical stamina and dexterity to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • We are seeking a skilled Digital Print Machine Operator to join our te
∎ • Set up and prepare digital printing equipment for operation, including loading paper, adjusting ink levels, and configuring print settings.
∎ • Interpret job orders, including specifications, quantity, and color requirements, to ensure accurate production of printed materials.
∎ • Monitor print jobs throughout the production process to ensure quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed to optimize print quality and efficiency.
∎ • Maintain and troubleshoot digital printing equipment to prevent malfunctions and downtime, performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs as necessary.
∎ • Coordinate with prepress and finishing departments to ensure proper handling and processing of printed materials, including cutting, binding, and finishing.
∎ • Inspect printed materials for defects, such as color variations, streaks, or smudges, and take corrective action to resolve issues and meet quality standards.
∎ • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including job setups, material usage, and machine maintenance, for documentation and reporting purposes.
∎ • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
