Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Kazi Nazrul Islam Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka
∎ Weekly Holiday: Tuesday
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure existing customers satisfaction and searching new customers over the phone calls and social media.
∎ Identify customer needs and provide necessary solutions.
∎ Handling inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Set & Attend meeting with samples to show our clients & take area measurements of projects.
∎ Sell services to new and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
∎ Ensure Service Delivery through follow up process & updating documentations.
∎ Report time to time to the supervisor for complicated issues.
∎ Achieve the daily target & prepare reports on weekly basis.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
