Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, MECHANICAL, Master of Science (MSc) in EEE, MECHANICAL
∎ Training/Trade Course: MICROSOFT EXCEL,MICROSOFT OFFICE
∎ Skills Required: Customer handling and Problem Solving, hardworking, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sales and Marketing, Industrial Sales and marketing, Sales Coordination
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.
∎ Maintain good communication with company's existing & prospective customers.
∎ Making Offer/Quotation, sales order for customers according to their needs.
∎ Ensuring timely delivery to the customers and collection for the company.
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales/service report for the department.
∎ Collecting daily and monthly visit report from all sales & service employees.
∎ Organizing monthly meeting, presenting performance/achievement of the department.
∎ Manages employees' daily operations and performance.
∎ Generates reports regarding the status of the department.
∎ Maintains files systems and database of sales records.
∎ Ensuring logistics support and training for the new employees.
∎ Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
∎ Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
∎ Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
∎ Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who live in or who have permanent residence near Shyamoli or Khamarbari will get priority.
∎ Working experience on sales/service coordination will get priority.
∎ Fluent in Microsoft Excel program.
∎ Fluent in English both speaking & writing.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
