Responsibilities & Context
To manage and coordinate product development activities from order analysis to production readiness by ensuring accurate pattern development
Able to read, analyze the tack pack, buyer sketch, and understand the buyer requirement
Sample making & tracking
Sample approval
Consumption calculation
Process planning, and timely coordination with merchandising
Ensure sample quality & measurement accuracy
Coordinate with pattern and sewing teams
