Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall monitoring of all the works of the security department.
∎ Deployment and assign the responsibilities to the security department.
∎ Ensure that all supervisors and guards are well aware of their duties and responsibilities.
∎ Responsible for the overall security of all properties of the factory.
∎ Develop/update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.
∎ Check & verify all the incoming and outgoing goods with delivery challan and gate pass.
∎ Arrange and conduct various security-related training for the development of Security.
∎ Assists in the supervision of security officers on assigned shifts.
∎ Ensure proper security check during in and out time of employees.
∎ Maintain and keep updating different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's In/Out, Visitor, Key register, etc).
∎ Ensure traffic management and logistics during in and out time.
∎ Protects the factory and all employees and guests of the factory.
∎ Assist in goods loading and unloading activities.
∎ Ensure proper cooperation of works with fire department.
∎ Time to time report to the senior management about any issues.
∎ Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired army persons will be preferred.
