Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
3–4+ years of professional experience in Interior Design / Architecture / Design & Build.
Practical experience in Interior Detailing, BOQ, Space Planning, and Material Selection.
Experience handling interior projects, client meetings, project deals, and sales conversion.
Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design principles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of space planning, layouts, materials, furniture, kitchen, and complete interior solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Strong sales and business development mindset.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to deliver quality design solutions within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context
Lead architectural and interior design concepts from initial idea to project execution.
Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, budget, and project expectations.
Develop fast, practical, and creative design solutions according to client demands.
Prepare and review floor plans, layouts, elevations, drawings, and design presentations.
Conduct professional client meetings, site visits, and design presentations.
Present design concepts, materials, layouts, and project solutions clearly and confidently.
Support interior sales, lead follow-up, negotiation, and project conversion.
Maintain accurate lead, meeting, quotation, and follow-up updates in the CRM.
Achieve assigned sales and project conversion targets.
Manage multiple client opportunities and projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Coordinate with CRM, Sales, Project Management, Factory, and Execution teams.
Prepare regular reports on leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.
Ensure client requirements are properly communicated and followed through to execution.
