Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Counseling potential students/clients on education and migration opportunities abroad (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Finland, Netherland, Sweden & Europe)
∎ • Communicate with the students to provide their all desire information.
∎ • Response to the contacted students through various sources.
∎ • Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone.
∎ • Answer questions about products or the company.
∎ • Ask questions to understand client's requirements.
∎ • Enter and update client information in the database.
∎ • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
∎ • Keep records of calls and note useful information.
∎ • Conveyance, promote and motivate to the students to make them organization clients.
∎ • Others administrative task related with the designation.
∎ • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts facilitate future sales.
