Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide support and services for fabrication, repair, installation, and modification works across various areas of the factory.
∎ Utilize AutoCAD drawing and design skills to create detailed plans and schematics.
∎ Operate and maintain various machinery including lathe machines, shaper machines, milling machines, high-speed cutters, sharing machines, bending machines, etc.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of utility systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance·
∎ Analyze utility consumption data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings·
∎ Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines related to utility operations·
∎ Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in different types of welding techniques such as arc, gas, TIG, spot welding, etc.
∎ Develop pipe and fitting drawings, designs, and fabrication processes.
∎ Manage the handling capacity of various gas bottles and regulating systems including oxygen, acetylene, nitrogen, LPG, etc.
∎ Present Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tasks with accurate drawings and designs.
∎ Maintain and follow up on Oracle software basis for daily/monthly reporting.
∎ Prepare monthly reports detailing material consumption and costing for different departments.
∎ Collaborate with other departments and teams to address utility-related needs and concerns·
∎ Provide training and guidance to staff on efficient utility usage and safety protocols·
∎ Capable to maintenance over all social compliance audit related task.
