Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling shift in-charge as well as floor management.
∎ Dyeing production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Follow up and monitor the production schedule and action plan to ensure shipment deadline are meet.
∎ Ensure shade and quality as well as recipe adjustment.
∎ Proper utilization of man, machine and material to achieve daily production target.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in dyeing floor management will get the preference.
∎ Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Candidate is expected to be very proactive, dynamic and self-motivated.
∎ Good command in English & Bengali.
∎ Good skills on MS word, Excel & power Point.
