∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Construction, Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check whether the existing architectural drawing matches with the current process.
∎ Keep updated design drawing, load plan, structural drawing, etc.
∎ Prepare maintenance record of crack, water pondering, corrosion, dampness.
∎ conduct regular checks and investigations on the structural and nonstructural members.
∎ Communicate with consultant inters of new implementation and drawing preparation.
∎ Check and advice to maintain a perfect load plan.
∎ Prepare design drawings through a consultant in terms of implementation of any new structure.
∎ Follow up and manage proper drainage system.
∎ Prepare an annual plan for building maintenance and consult with management for implementation accordingly.
∎ Prepare an annual budget for all the activities related to civil construction and maintenance of the factory buildings.
∎ Steel shed looking after the structural adequacy and maintenance of prefabricated shed.
∎ Any other job assigned by management.

∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
