Educational Requirements:
∎ Post graduation from any reputed educational institution. Diploma or Certified course on Supply Chain Management will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare "Comparative Statement" and "Purchase Order" through Oracle for spare parts
∎ Analyzing and scrutiny of purchase requisitions
∎ Offer collection, analyze and negotiated with suppliers
∎ Obtain sample approval from the concern department
∎ Ensure delivery of goods as per requirement and Purchase Order to the concern location
∎ Process Suppliers bill as per "Goods Receive Note" and ensure payments
∎ Prepare report according to the demand of supply and payment in monthly basis
∎ Communication with all Stakeholders
∎ Other duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have 2/3 years similar working knowledge in ERP related experience in reputed company/ organization
∎ Should be a proactive & self-organized person with long career commitment
∎ Must have good analytical skills, negotiation skills and good computer literacy
∎ Must be proficient in English & have good communication skill
Salary: Negotiable
