Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Agriculture/Animal Husbandry/DVM/Fisheries/ Any other subject.
∎ Skills Required: Feed Products Marketing, Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the field of Sales & Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have his personal sales & a strong marketing team.
∎ Setting annual national sales targets, formulating and implementing budget plans.
∎ Regular monitoring of the achievement of national sales targets as per the approved budget.
∎ Achieving the set sales target and collection, evaluating the monthly performance of Sales and Distribution team as per sales.
∎ Regular market visit, data collection and analysis to support in determining product prices and discount rates by identifying customer needs and satisfaction and building network with customers.
∎ Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, HR, accounts, branding and other relevant departments for formulation and implementation of sales plan.
∎ Manpower planning and team formation in order to reach the maximum potential market and coverage.
∎ Evaluate team member & performance and recommend benefits accordingly.
∎ Presenting various information to the authority and management in regard to the market demand including policy, offer, pricing of new products.
∎ Ensuring proper documentation and policy implementation for dealer/distributors/channel partners/clients as per company sales & distribution policy.
∎ Ensure regular training of the recruited manpower to provide a comprehensive idea about product/company rules and policies to ensure maximum output of sales staff.
∎ Create strategic plans to increase department productivity.
∎ Creating new customer, increase sales, planning and carrying out direct marketing activities for achieve the plan.
∎ Responsible for market research, product development, pricing, communication, acquisition, markets planning, competitor's information and market demands etc.
∎ Recruit, onboard and train new hires to turn them into successful employees.
∎ Preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
∎ To execute other official task, assigned by the authority and management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
