• Willingness to travel: Willingness to travel across Bangladesh as required

Job Context:

The Senior Sales & Service Engineer - Radiology & Imaging will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, customer training, and application assistance for radiology & imaging equipment (e.g., ultrasound, X-ray, DR, CT related systems, and other imaging devices). The role requires close coordination with the Sales, Application, and Service Teams, as well as communication with customers and distributor networks, to ensure maximum equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Field Service & Technical Support

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot medical and diagnostic equipment.

  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.

  • Diagnose equipment faults and provide timely technical solutions.

  • Ensure proper equipment performance and minimize downtime.

• 2. Customer Support & Training

  • Provide basic application and operations guidance to customers.

  • Conduct hands-on demonstrations, user training, and technical consultations.

  • Maintain strong professional relationships with customers and end users.

• 3. Sales & Application Support

  • Coordinate with the Sales and Application Teams during product demonstrations and site visits.

  • Support product presentation and technical discussion when required.

  • Assist the sales team in identifying customer technical requirements.

• 4. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

  • Respond professionally to customer service requirements and technical complaints.

  • Support customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

• 5. Market & Technical Intelligence

  • Collect customer feedback and report technical issues to management.

  • Monitor competitor products, technologies, and market activities.

  • Prepare service reports and maintain necessary technical documentation.

• 6. Target & Performance

  • Complete assigned service and support activities within the required timeframe.

  • Contribute to customer retention, product adoption, and overall growth.
