LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop retail sales within the assigned zone by working as a Territory Sales Officer (TSO).
∎ Identifying market expansion challenges and opportunities for local businesses.
∎ To collaborate closely with internal and distributor teams to achieve individual and group sales goals.
∎ Ensure adequate product knowledge, sales training, and sales support by working in concert with the distributors' team and adhering to the company's sales policy.
∎ Analyzing and developing the market on a regular basis and collecting competitor information, activities, and strategies that are in line with the company's goals.
∎ Accomplishing month-to-month deals and assortment targets.
∎ Maintaining a lower risk of dealer default through regular collection monitoring and achievement of the collection goal.
∎ Must work as part of a team under the direct supervision of the Line Manager to develop the company's marketing and sales policy.
∎ Follow the company's instructions to implement the POSM distribution plan.
∎ Distributing monthly reports on the status of retailers and distributors, collections, and sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have updated knowledge about the LPG industry, competitors' performance, and other information
∎ Must have a concrete plan to develop sales performance in assigned areas.
∎ Must have the ability to set up a strong distribution network as per market and company requirements
∎ Must need to be efficient in credit management to get maximum output from distributors for the company.
∎ Must have Good knowledge of office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.).
Salary: Negotiable
