Ability to lead private and project sales with proper coordination and competency

Responsibilities & Context
Query generation, technical meetings with concerned persons, price negotiation, ensure timely delivery, handing over products as per the agreement.
Work on RFQ, tender documents preparation, submission and all communication regarding tender related activities.
Achieve sales targets as per Management’s expectation.
Work on Govt. projects and private sales and complete the projects on time
Ensure pre-sales and after sales technical support to customers
Support related departments like SCM, Service, Accounts etc. and ensure proper teamwork.
Ensure customer satisfaction and ensure repeated sales
Market research and continuous development
Prepare a strategic business plan for the project sales
Closely monitor competitor’s movement and strategy
Report to business Head and line Manager, track records and ensure proper documentations.
