∎ The Applicant Should have BBA or Masters Degree from any reputed University.

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge about Real Estate industry, competitors and present market scenario.
∎ Ability to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning & execution.
∎ Ability to take challenges to achieve individual sales targets.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target according to marketing plan.
∎ Should have good negotiation skills and capable to close deals independently.
∎ Visit prospective customers outside the office in regular basis.
∎ Visit projects with prospective customers to meet their quires.
∎ Create new sales in various corporate groups, offices in different places of the city.
∎ Capability to create new customers is the prime responsibility for these positions.
∎ Capable to collect latest market information and incorporate the same into a marketing strategy to achieve the target.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals and look for prospective customers.
∎ Potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
∎ Look after customers' quarries and develop a trustworthy relationship with customers.
∎ Make cold calls to prospective customers and continue follow-ups.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in reputed Real Estate developer Company.
∎ Energetic and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Should have Self- motivated Sincere and hardworking attitude.
∎ Must have skills in promoting Facebook pages and websites.
∎ Should have knowledge in digital marketing.
∎ Candidates having experience in Real Estate Sales Agent shall be an added advantage.
