Job Context:
∎ The position requires an experienced Business Development Executive who will contribute to the business and revenue growth. Therefore, the candidate should have a thorough knowledge of the business development, sales processes along with innovative ideas for business growth.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Bashundhara R/A).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and develop a clear business strategy to achieve daily/monthly/yearly goals and effectively delegate the objective to the respective team members.
∎ Ensure that all corporate initiatives are met and collaborate with the marketing team on both online and offline store initiatives.
∎ Achieve and exceed brand objectives, sales goals and benchmarks by ensuring new customer acquisition.
∎ Analyze potential threats underlying base of the business and make appropriate plan for resolve.
∎ Collaborate with the Department Marketing, Accounts & Commercial to develop new product lines, planning product marketing strategies with effective price point.
∎ Ensure our business keeps an outstanding relationship with the retail customer via providing the best customer service support.
∎ Manage, and execute key activities that grow sales, and profitability within our local market strategy.
∎ Ensure the process of sales administration and operations of customer-specific promotional activity.
∎ Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
∎ Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with retail customer needs.
∎ Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
∎ Conduct business data analysis & preparing reports for the top management.
