∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning & effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery & instruments to increase machine up time / equipment reliability, thereby accomplishing planned production targets within budget.
∎ Proactively identify areas of obstruction/breakdown & take steps to rectify the equipments specially PLC systems machines through application of trouble shooting tools
∎ Overseeing calibration of the instruments as per ISO requirement
∎ Coordinating material and spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement of specification & offer evaluation. Planning and executing capital procurement.
∎ Responsible for daily monitoring of manufacturing activities at In house and at vendor's site assuring timely completion of job as per schedule.
∎ Prepare periodical and preventive maintenance report and prepare documentation as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements
∎ Carrying out training of the maintenance personnel and reporting to the Director about daily activities
∎ Supervision of erection and commissioning of new machines
∎ Testing and functioning of equipment and removing of technical error in the functioning
∎ Interaction with Govt. agencies for approval of Fire, safety, environment etc.
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as a Maintenance
∎ Record of Machine Maintenance
∎ Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
Salary: Negotiable
