∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain & follow up office activities, smooth running & developing staffs.
∎ To prepare all types of letter for both domestic & international correspondence .
∎ To create & update HR files, maintain employees' personal files, prepare attendance report, produce & distribute related reports.
∎ To keep record of the official program & inform the management for necessary action.
∎ To prepare Internal and external email correspondence.
∎ Should be smart & good in public relation.
∎ Dealing with foreign delegates, arranging tickets, accommodation reservation, maintaining schedule and coordination.
∎ To make performance report and issuing joining report.
∎ Arrange the meeting and inform the relevant member of the participants.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in recruitment sector would get priority.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Good in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint and internet browsing.
