JOB SUMMARY:
Besthome Properties Ltd. is hiring a Sr. Executive- Motion Graphic Designer with prior professional experience in the real estate industry and proven expertise in AI-driven design, image, motion graphics, and video generation. You will produce high-quality visual content for real estate marketing, property promotion, corporate communication, and digital campaigns, using both conventional design software and AI tools to deliver faster and at higher volume. Real estate industry experience and AI expertise are both mandatory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop visual content for property projects, promotional campaigns, and real estate marketing.
• Design social media creatives, digital ads, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Use AI tools to generate and refine graphics, property visuals, lifestyle imagery, motion graphics, and short-form video content.
• Produce AI-assisted video content (reels, project walkthroughs, promotional clips) for social media and digital campaigns.
• Keep all designs, including AI-generated output, aligned with the company's brand identity and communication standards.
• Adapt concepts and layouts for different digital and print platforms.
• Work with the marketing team and other departments to turn campaign objectives into effective visual communication.
• Retouch and enhance property photographs and marketing visuals, including AI-based enhancement and upscaling.
• Keep typography, layout, imagery, and visual presentation consistent across all marketing materials.
• Manage multiple design assignments while maintaining quality and meeting internal deadlines
