∎ Skills Required: Local Procurement, Suppliers and Vendor Management

∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Local Procurement

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sourcing, negotiate and purchase materials from local vendors
∎ Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with company procurement, policy & procedure
∎ Searching profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships, re qualifying to manage the risk
∎ Formation of contracts/Agreements/MOU etc.
∎ Monitoring and measuring supplier performance
∎ Increase the quality and efficiency of communication with supplier
∎ Deal with relevant authorities and obtain required permits/licenses
∎ Responsible for implementing internal procurement action plan to cater superior delivery services and shorten lead time requirements
∎ Link up with cross functional departments, suppliers, warehouse for smooth and uninterrupted operational support
∎ Aligns with the company strategy and supplier strategy to create competitive advantage
∎ Generate monthly reports
∎ Frequently market visit

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have work experience in textile sector (Local procurement)

Salary: Negotiable
