Job Purpose:

To provide effective technical service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales support for two-wheelers (2W) and four-wheelers (4W), ensuring customer satisfaction, vehicle reliability, and timely resolution of technical issues. The position is also responsible for supporting dealers and authorized service centers, improving service quality, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining compliance with company standards and technical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities;

• Provide technical service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair support for 2W/4W vehicles at customer locations, dealerships, and authorized service centers.

• Conduct regular visits to dealer points, workshops, and service centers across assigned territories.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, and performance-related vehicle problems using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and technical inspections.

• Identify recurring technical issues, recommend corrective actions, and escalate complex cases to senior engineers or the manufacturer (OEM), where necessary.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and explain technical problems, service requirements, and recommended solutions.

• Prepare and maintain job cards, service reports, warranty documents, technical reports, and spare parts requisitions.

• Coordinate with the Spare Parts Department to ensure the timely availability of required parts for servicing and repairs.

• Provide technical guidance and support to dealer technicians, workshop personnel, and service teams.

• Participate in service campaigns, customer engagement programs, roadshows, and other after-sales activities.

• Monitor service quality and customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, technical issues, warranty claims, and customer complaints.

• Follow company policies, safety procedures, environmental requirements, and established service standards.

• Keep updated on vehicle models, technical specifications, diagnostic methods, and relevant automotive technologies.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management relevant to the position.
