We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sr. Specialist – Field Sales (Team Coordinator) to supervise and support the Field Sales team while achieving individual sales targets. The role focuses on team coordination, client acquisition, business development, revenue generation, and promoting Bikroy’s paid products and services to drive individual and team performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Team Supervision and Coordination

• Supervise and guide Field Sales team members in daily field activities, client visits, and business development.

• Plan team visit schedules and conduct joint visits to support client follow-ups and deal closures.

• Coach new joiners to achieve their first sale within the first month.

• Monitor team performance against monthly and quarterly KPIs and provide necessary guidance to achieve targets.

• Ensure accurate and timely updates of team activities and client information in the CRM.

Individual Sales

• Achieve monthly individual revenue targets through client acquisition, membership onboarding, renewals, and upselling.

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brands and business owners to drive business growth and client retention.

• Promote Bikroy’s premium and paid services through upselling and cross-selling.

• Assist business owners with platform usage, advertisement posting, and purchasing paid services.

Reporting and Other Duties

• Submit weekly and monthly reports on individual and team performance, field activities, and target achievement to the HOD.

• Support departmental sales initiatives and other projects assigned by the HOD or management.
