Telesales Officer

Proven experience in inbound/outbound telesales or a similar sales role is a plus.

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English & Bangla.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/Vicidial systems.

Generate sales by making outbound and cold calls to prospective customers, providing accurate information about products and services, and converting leads into paying customers.

Handle customer inquiries professionally, effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions, and follow approved sales scripts to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers using the designated ERP/CRM system to maximize conversion opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented approach.

Collaborate with team members to achieve overall team sales targets while demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a commitment to delivering excellent results.

Make outbound calls to promote products and generate leads.

Communicate clearly, handle objections, and close sales.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM and meet sales targets.
