∎ We are seeking a Supply Chain Executive responsible for procuring all goods, services and works and supporting improvements in procurement functions.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that the supply chain is appropriate, cost-effective, and ensures Value for Money, based on budget, local & International markets, and infrastructure, with the need for timely delivery.
∎ Sourcing Products from suppliers as per order with the best price as per requisition.
∎ Maintaining good relationships with the suppliers.
∎ Manage & keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and logistics costs and keep documentation of the purchase and bills.
∎ Monitoring market price of Materials and updating market intelligence.
∎ Communicate with internal departments like Operations, Accounts and logistics to ensure proper coordination.
∎ Coordinate with the Accounts in obtaining the approval & finalize with vendor and release of the purchase order.
∎ Data recording, data analysis and report as per KPI and need.
∎ Inventory Management improvement.
∎ Assist to prepared Daily, Weakly & Monthly reports of materials, Finish Goods & Goods & other items.
∎ Any additional responsibilities or projects approved or asked by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Understanding of the local market, local legislation related to contracts, suppliers, contractors and customs clearance, business registration requirements and tax regulations.
∎ Understanding of product sourcing, materials purchasing and ability to work with vendor. Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
∎ Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgments.
∎ Willingness to travel around Dhaka city and work in a professional manner.
∎ Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.

Salary: Negotiable
