Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, IT
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate business requirements and prepare detailed specifications that follow project guidelines required to develop applications.
∎ Develop diagrams and models (use case, activity diagram, business process models, etc.) and clearly document functional requirements and business rules to describe what the system, process, or product must do in order to fulfill the business and user requirements.
∎ Develop and maintain the business case, including high-level solution options, resource estimates, and resource confirmation to support the strategic backlog management process.
∎ Coordinate with diverse groups who contribute to business requirements and build consensus for requirements across the various user groups.
∎ Capture and document non-functional requirements that are important to the user community (i.e. usability, comprehension, reliability). Liaise with architecture teams to ensure other non-functional requirements are considered (i.e. security, compatibility, maintainability).
∎ Keep the product up-to-date with the latest US health regulations.
∎ Generate innovative ideas to resolve problems.
∎ Be responsible for meeting or exceeding all defined target goals and milestone dates for the project(s) in order to ensure its overall success.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor's degree, preferably (not mandatory) in Information Technology, plus a minimum of 8 years experience working in application development or business analysis or an equivalent technical role performing functional design and development or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
∎ Excellent communication in English (oral, written and presentation)
∎ Sensitive to semantics and able to discuss work requests and projects using high-level, non-technical terms. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
∎ Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients or customers.
∎ Non-standard hours and or extended work hours can be expected due to user/project requirements and/or deadlines. Effective management of time between standard and non-standard hours is required to ensure availability.
∎ Ability to write complex SQL to analyze a large volume of data.
∎ Proven experience and strong knowledge of the following technologies are very highly valued:
∎ JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio / Draw.io
∎ Slack
∎ #.NET application
∎ AWS / Cloud technology
∎ Python
∎ MS Office applications
