• 3–5 years of experience as a technical designer or in a similar role in the RMG or export sector
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, measurements, grading and fit for knit, woven and denim
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and MS Excel
• Basic pattern-making knowledge is a plus
• Experience with CLO3D or PLM systems is a plus
• Good English communication skills and strong attention to detail
Responsibilities & Context
Key responsibilities
• Prepare tech packs for Studio-developed styles, including flat sketches, construction details, trims and measurement charts
• Define points of measure (POM), tolerances and size grading for knit, woven and denim garments
• Run fit sessions on proto samples and record fit comments and corrections
• Work with the sample section's pattern makers and sewing team to resolve construction issues
• Check samples against tech packs for measurements, construction and finishing
• Keep tech pack versions and fit records updated and organised
