∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, Problem Solving Skills, Strong numerical and analytical skills

∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding business requirements, objectives, and goal
∎ Continuous collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements
∎ Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and proposing solutions
∎ User story writing, user story mapping
∎ Preparing user journey views as per requirements
∎ Preparing SRS, and user guide
∎ Drawing technical/ non-technical diagrams- UML, flow charts
∎ Basic knowledge of working with UI/ UX tools
∎ To revise and re-write all documents prepared by self and team relating to documents and reports of projects.
∎ To maintain specific styles and versions of project reports in collaboration with team and line manager.
∎ Coordinate with client, stakeholder and technical specialists to decide upon the requirement for reports.
∎ To assist business analyst in resourcing data, drafting, proofing, and reviewing documents, and inculcating the latest concepts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent command over both English and Bengali
∎ Knowledge of SDLC, software methodologies
∎ Idea about Process modeling, user journey views, UML, BPMN
∎ Idea about user story writing, user story mapping
∎ MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google sheet, Google doc
∎ Tools: - Visio, draw. io, Lucid chart etc.
