Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Organization's sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue
∎ Accountable for preserving a strong pipeline that focuses on the accomplishment of set revenue targets.
∎ Ability to attract potential clients by developing successful revenue-growth strategies, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
∎ Thoroughly research and understand customer history and previous experiences, in order to create more personalized customer experiences and solve customer challenges.
∎ Maintain knowledge of new product/service offerings.
∎ Effectively collaborate with other departments/divisions to ensure results.
∎ Tracking sales goal & reporting results as necessary.
∎ Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling & product knowledge education.
∎ Create and present information and reports, as needed, to senior management related to performance, pipeline, forecasting, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Energetic, outgoing, and fun.
∎ Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience is required.
∎ Sales experience in Software Solutions is preferred.
∎ Excellent written, verbal communication & presentation skills.
∎ Dedication to providing great customer services.
∎ Having experience in international sales will be given preference.
