∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc in Computer Science/ Computer Science Engineering, IT, EEE.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for end-to-end delivery of IT solutions and services to the IT projects;
∎ Participation in project and related planning activities and related reviews;
∎ Participation in execution of project and related activities, including ensuring availability of resources;
∎ Monitoring and controlling project progress through management review of projects and other mechanisms;
∎ Providing guidance and support to the Project Manager for planning, monitoring and controlling project and related activities ;
∎ Participation in project closure activities ;
∎ Performing project acquisition activities and participating in related reviews ;
∎ Ensuring use of formal decision making process for significant decisions;
∎ Ensuring risk management for the group ;
∎ Ensuring contribution and reuse of assets in OMR
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years of experiences from Software Industry.
∎ 1-2 years experience as a Project Manager.
∎ Project Management Skill and PMP certification will get preference;
∎ PMP, Prince 2 Certification preferable;
∎ Project management skills;
∎ Training on Project Management Planning will be appreciated;
∎ Experience in managing large-scale, aggressive, and dynamic technical projects, with competing resources and priorities;
∎ Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills. Clear focus under pressure;
∎ Firm sense of accountability and ownership for end-to-end project lifecycle. Solid knowledge of the tools and elements of Project management (e.g.: Microsoft Project);
∎ Hands-on experience in the following areas a plus: software engineering, system administration, networking, logistics and operations, capacity planning.
