Job Responsibilities

Fluency in English is a must.

Make outbound calls to U.S. business owners using the company's calling system and provided lead lists.

Introduce the business funding solutions offered through the campaign and identify interested business owners.

Ask relevant qualifying questions to understand the prospect's business profile, funding requirements, and eligibility criteria.

Generate qualified leads and transfer interested prospects to the appropriate sales representative or funding specialist, according to campaign procedures.

Follow the approved call scripts, campaign guidelines, and lead qualification requirements.

Maintain accurate records of calls, prospect information, follow-ups, and lead dispositions in the CRM or dialer.

Handle objections professionally, build rapport with prospects, and maintain a positive customer experience.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for call activity, lead quality, conversions, and attendance.

Follow up with interested prospects when required and comply with all applicable calling, consent, and do-not-call requirements.

Coordinate with the team leader and operations team to improve call quality, productivity, and campaign performance.

Job Context

This is an office-based, target-oriented telesales role focused on the U.S. Merchant Cash Advance and business funding market. The selected candidate will receive campaign-specific training, call scripts, and operational guidance.

The role requires strong English communication skills, confidence in outbound calling, the ability to handle objections, and a professional approach to dealing with U.S. business owners. Previous experience in MCA, business funding, B2B telesales, or U.S. outbound call center campaigns will be considered an advantage.
