Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize domestic and international tours for individuals and groups
∎ Arrange air, hotel, and transportation reservations for clients
∎ Communicate with clients to determine their travel preferences and needs
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators
∎ Monitor tour activities to ensure they are running smoothly and address any issues that may arise
∎ Create and manage tour itineraries, budgets, and schedules
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's tour packages
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations and policies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ At least 4-5 years of experience in tour planning and management
∎ Strong organizational and communication skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Knowledge of travel booking software and systems
∎ Passion for travel and the ability to inspire others
∎ Strong computer operating skill like MS Excel, Word, Photoshop, Mailing.
∎ Fluent on English to communicate with clients.
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Launch
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (As per company policy)
