∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Admin, Labour Welfare
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct training Like Orientation, P.P.E. EMS and IWAY.
∎ Responsible for Health & Hygienic issues.
∎ Responsible for worker counseling.
∎ Control All Maternity Issue, Arrange Maternity Follow up Training, Prepare Maternity Risk Assessment and prepare maternity bill.
∎ Check and verify Any Kind Of Complain/Suggestion or Any Grievance Issue (Written or Verbal)
∎ Labor management participation (all committee)
∎ Exit interview for all resign workers.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
