Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Compliance, Logistics Management, Security Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide relevant Administrative support including Office Utilities and Logistics arrangements
∎ Monitoring the work of Support Staff
∎ Managing vendors and issuing of necessary orders, circulars & Notices
∎ Assist in monitoring safety, security and cleanliness of the premises including conducting regular inspections of the office premise
∎ Assist in providing meeting/training support and facilities management
∎ Maintaining inventory of all administrative resources received and assisting in procurement activities
∎ Petty cash management
∎ Maintain, control and effectively utilization of Vehicle Operation
∎ Monitor and control proper housekeeping, Fire safety and security system
∎ Managing general store activities
∎ Preparing material requisition on a monthly basis and ensuring timely deliveries
∎ Making seat plans for New Joiners prior to joining
∎ Lift, Generator and AC management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Considerable independent judgement to select proper courses of action
∎ Acquire developed skills in managing multiple tasks and competing priorities, and in meeting conflicting deadlines.
∎ Process excellent oral & Written communication skill
∎ Should be proactive, hardworking & dynamic
∎ Should be result oriented and able to get things done independently
Salary: Negotiable
