∎ - Professional Experience:
∎ - Minimum 3-5 years of work experience as HR/Admin officer.
∎ - Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ - Proficient in web browsing
∎ - Fluent in written and spoken English.
∎ - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ - Team player and able to work within tight deadlines
∎ - Have a genuine interest in the service of others, a willingness and aptitude to grow
∎ with the company.
∎ - Work experience with Travel Agency would be an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Human Resources part:
∎ -Handling the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, benefit &
∎ - compensation and new employee onboarding and existing.
∎ - Assist in posting the vacancies on the recruitment websites
∎ - Process application/cancellation and related arrangements.
∎ - Help in making appointments with short-listed candidates for interviews
∎ - Send response messages to short-listed applicants
∎ - Ensure the compliance of HR practices with governmental regulations and advise
∎ management on needed actions.
∎ - Work with management to ensure successful onboarding for all team members.
∎ - Assist and support training & development planning and execution.
∎ - Support the coordination of legal matters, confidential correspondence and
∎ documentation to appropriate Legal Department personnel for addressing.
∎ - Prepare documents for staff annual performance appraisal.
∎ - Handle workers’ enquiries such as salary matters and grievances if any.
∎ - Assist in updating the HR filing system
∎ - Maintain all employees’ e.g Attendance report, Overtime reports, deductions,Leaves.

∎ Administrative part:
∎ - Supervise administrative management.
∎ - Prepare schedules/agendas and coordinate internal meetings.
∎ - Assist handling in accounting activities: o Perform Accounts Payable / Accounts
∎ Receivable functions. Data entry to update debtors / creditors ledgers. Inventory
∎ management, co-ordination with sales personnel. Prepare and send out official mails.
∎ Filing documents and coordinating with accounting dept.
∎ - Maintain and manage official documents filing and archiving system.
∎ - Orientate new staff on systems related to office administration procedures including
∎ the filing system.
∎ - Liaise with vendors on office maintenance and servicing of office equipment.
∎ - Order office supplies and preparing payment vouchers for office supplies and
∎ expenses (water, drinking water, electricity, telephone, photocopy, stationery,
∎ monthly mobile bills etc).
∎ - Perform purchasing tasks
∎ - Assist with administrative duties such as renewing of company’s licenses.
∎ - Manage company website, publications and PR materials.
∎ - Assist in company welfare matters.
∎ - Coordinate travel arrangements for CEO and Sales Team including detailed
∎ itineraries and processing expense reports.
∎ - Provide secretarial support to CEO.
∎ - Assist in other duties assigned by CEO as and when necessary.
