Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Credit Recovery/Collection, preferably in the Automobile, or related industry.
Proven experience as head of in Micro credit platform. Having minimum 10 years experience to lead large credit recovery team.
Responsibilities & Context
Lead and supervise overall credit recovery and collection activities.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve recovery and reduce overdue accounts.
Set day wise, monthly, quarterly, and annual recovery targets and ensure achievement.
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the credit recovery team.
Set and monitor individual and team KPIs.
Ensure accountability and consistent achievement of recovery targets.
Prepare recovery and revenue forecasts based on portfolio performance and market conditions.
Lead negotiations with customers, opinion leader & local influential regarding overdue payments and recovery arrangements.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts/Finance, Legal, Operations, and other relevant departments to resolve recovery-related issues.
Prepare and present regular recovery performance reports to senior management.
Provide management with actionable recommendations for improving recovery performance.
Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
