∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Beverage, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive Secondary and primary volume by implementing proper GTM through CEs & share growth profitably by leveraging the growth opportunities, coaching the Frontline team and managing SDPs/DBRs effectively
∎ Ensure GTM implementation
∎ Manage distributor business health (DB appointment, MBQ and Claim management)
∎ Deliver Primary & Secondary volume target achieve till PSR level
∎ Manage Trade spends and achieve trade spend productivity
∎ Add new outlets which should contribute to achieving annual volume targets
∎ Drive Cooler productivity by planning deployments/re-deployments of resources based on Cooler governance protocols
∎ Increase the Unique SKU count in the outlet and ensure chilled Product range availability
∎ Coach CEs through Work*with and One on One & Training
∎ Monitor progress against the plan in the Weekly Commitment Meetings and Monthly planning meetings, using tools like Execution planner
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years experience in sales & distribution of reputed FMCG Company; out of which 3 years in Mid Management position.
∎ Team Management, Analytical Ability, Problem Solving, Negotiation Skills and Learning Agility
∎ Adequate knowledge about major/ strategic markets of the country; Experience of appointing & managing Distributors.
∎ Able to design/ conduct of different types of Trade & Customer promotions and market survey.
∎ Comfortable with regular field visit and frequent out station stay.
∎ Computer literacy (MS Office) is mandatory.
