Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans for sales growth in the designated area.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
∎ Develop new accounts to expand the customer base.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
∎ Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and make recommendations for product development and improvement.
∎ Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
∎ Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
∎ Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
∎ Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of BaPa products and services and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates need to have experience in Bakery and Pastry - BaPa Line.
Salary: Negotiable
