Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers to promote and sell Ready-Mix Concrete products.
∎ Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop strategies to broaden the client base and achieve sales targets set by management.
∎ Actively pursue the collection of receivables from clients to ensure timely payments.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales promotional plans that align with market requirements.
∎ Provide monthly sales forecasts for product availability and contribute to production planning.
∎ Assist in annual sales planning to facilitate future growth initiatives.
∎ Develop and execute sales call plans to maximize output and market penetration.
∎ Foster strong relationships with existing customers, conduct site visits, and identify new prospects.
∎ Analyze product pricing compared to competitors and provide reports to the Head of Marketing and Production.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and monitor developments in the RMC sector, real estate, and multinational companies.
∎ Develop and implement product coverage plans to increase visibility and market penetration in existing and new areas.
∎ Develop tentative sales targets and collection plans daily, weekly, and monthly.
∎ Liaise with production and logistics teams, as well as clients, to ensure smooth delivery of products.
∎ Inspect casting and shipment sites to ensure compliance with quality standards, including minimum cylinder test strength.
∎ Provide weekly sales plans and submit comprehensive reports to management.
∎ Collect individual sales and collection plans from subordinates and monitor their performance.
∎ Utilize gained experience to execute monthly plans effectively.
∎ Generate monthly and quarterly reports, conducting routine crosschecks to ensure accuracy.
∎ Participate in monthly management meetings to contribute to business strategy development.
