Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum BBA/MBA from any public university.
∎ Very good in business English writing and communication.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Customer Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Wide experience of marketing Crushed Stone, Coal, Cement Raw Materials, Food Grain or any other BULK commodities.
∎ Market research & analysis, stay connected with the market trends and competitors' activities, etc.
∎ Identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and ensure business growth.
∎ His/her responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets.
∎ It is highly expected that the person will be skilled and experienced in presentation, proposal documentation, tender participation, negotiation, business communication, etc.
∎ Maintaining relation with government authorities like Roads Highway Department, Bangladesh Bridge Authority, Public Works Department, Civil Aviation Authority Bangladesh, Bangladesh Railway, BPDB, PGCB, DESCO, PPA, BEZA, BIWTA, Bangladesh, Water Development Board, Planning ministry, Secretariat etc.
∎ Finding out Qualified Local/International Joint Venture partners for Construction Projects, including subcontract.
∎ Preparing Business Agreements (i.e. Joint-Venture Agreement, MOU, Co-operation Agreement etc)
∎ Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients and prospects.
∎ Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
∎ Analyze markets to find out opportunities for new business and generate leads.
∎ Prepare sales content, and present it to potential clients.
∎ Preparing Minutes of Meeting and keep in contact with relevant personnel at regular basis
∎ Plan and drive activities to achieve targets.
∎ May need to travel across Dhaka, as well as all over Bangladesh to secure sales.
∎ Learn the technical and business aspects related to current and upcoming features.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets set by the management.
∎ Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts.
∎ Reviewing own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets.
∎ Establish relationships across customer and company to ensure the long-term business partnership.
∎ Ensure after-sales service for customer satisfaction in coordination with the support team.
∎ Preparing Weekly and Quarterly Progress Report, Advance Payment Guarantee, Performance Guarantee, Start-up IPC etc.
∎ Visit Projects when required to scrutinize site problems and report to top management to solve the issues on immediate basis.
∎ Preparing monthly Project tracking statistics and report to top management and tracking total documentation of Projects.
∎ Ensure sales proceed and support accounts team for bill collection.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years relevant experience for Assistant Manager position
∎ Minimum 8 years relevant experience for Deputy Manager position
∎ Applicants having only relevant experience are requested to apply only.
∎ Leadership Quality and experience of work under pressure.
∎ Have experience in handling BULK commodities like Stone, Coal, Food Grains will get preference
∎ Skilled in digital marketing.
∎ Excellent communication skills and convincing personality.
∎ Strong skills of identifying opportunities and turn the same into reality.
∎ Strong client service providing skills
∎ Ability and willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Highly motivated with good time management skills.
∎ Energetic, hardworking and flexible.
∎ Good over computer skills: MS office, E-mail, Internet browsing, Report writing, Power point presentation etc.
