Strong financial analysis and reporting capability.
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Tally, and other accounting tools.

Responsibilities & Context
Oversee daily financial, accounting, and costing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Monitor financial transactions, cash flow, banking activities, and fund management.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, budgets, and financial analysis.
Supervise accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation activities.
Manage product costing, cost allocation, cost analysis, and variance reporting to ensure effective cost control.
Monitor production costs, raw material consumption, overheads, and cost per unit to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and financial performance against approved budgets.
Ensure timely VAT, Tax, and other statutory compliance and submissions as per applicable laws.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
Ensure proper financial controls, documentation, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support management in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making through financial and costing insights.
