Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 35 years
Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation systems.
Ability to perform machinery installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, sensors, motors, drives, and industrial control systems will be an advantage.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, electrical diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
Capable of identifying technical problems and providing effective solutions.
B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized university2–3 years of relevant working experience in the engineering or technical service field.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with pharmaceutical machinery, will be given preference.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, international principals, and technical teams.
Ability to prepare service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance records.
Willingness to travel extensively within Bangladesh and internationally for equipment installation, commissioning, FAT, SAT, and after-sales service.
