Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of deliveries
∎ Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
∎ Coordinate beta testing of new products and features. Document and report problems and recommend
∎ solutions/improvements to program managers. Participate in product performance benchmarking activities.
∎ Participate in business process changes that may affect the company's ability to identify, monitor, or collect revenue (e.g., new system implementations/upgrades, new product roll-outs, etc.)
∎ Assist to Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Coming from a top-tier management consulting, multinational tech, investment banking is preferred
∎ Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
∎ A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence
∎ Passion in making the world better through technology
∎ Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
∎ Independent self-starter and flexible team player
∎ Ability to work overtime as required including nights and weekends
