Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online).
∎ Agency & Vendor management to have efficient marketing activations.
∎ Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.
∎ Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
∎ Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.
∎ Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the business needs.
∎ Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns which will lead brand awareness and market share.
∎ Conducts market research and analysis of competitive products and suggest new strategy.
∎ Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including sales, supply chain, customer support etc.
∎ Procurement and vendor management, CRM suite management, documentation, billing through ERP system.
∎ Create Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting of overall Marketing activities as per requirement
