∎ Develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with business objectives to maximize customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
∎ Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized communication and targeted marketing campaigns.
∎ Generating Leads: Identify potential clients and businesses through various digital channels such as social media, email campaigns, online advertising, and networking.
∎ Pitching and Selling: Presenting products or services to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
∎ Collaborating with marketing teams to develop digital marketing strategies and campaigns that support sales objectives. This may involve providing input on target audience, messaging, and promotional channels.
∎ Account Management: Managing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities. This includes understanding client needs, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
∎ Analyzing Data and Metrics: Monitoring sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue, to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. Using analytics tools to track and analyze customer behavior and trends.
∎ Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing CRM software to manage and track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management. Keeping accurate records of all sales-related activities and communications.
