Job Context:
∎ Gulshan Club Limited was founded in 1977-1978. Since its inception a continuous up-gradation and expansion in its policies, infrastructural activities are taking place. Most members of Gulshan Club are residents of Gulshan, Baridhara and Banani. Recently a new 12 storied building with world class amenities and facilities is added to the on-going club services. The Club is looking for suitable smart candidates able to direct the Club as a unified and modernized establishment towards making it much more efficient and service oriented
∎ Gulshan Club Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic professional to serve as an Assistant Manager (Operation) to manage the daily operational duties of the Club.
∎ Job location: GCL Secretariat, Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Assistant Manager (Operation) shall be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operational management of the Club. It is a hands-on role leading a Club team to deliver strategic goals in the areas of quality growth, performance and services, overall development. The position will also include significant elements of work in house training, advocacy, services and event management. This position reports to and operates under the direction of the Secretariat. Duties shall include the following:
∎ Responsible for administering daily operations of the Club including reporting, maintaining records, maintaing event calendar, meeting planning, and communication management.
∎ Monitoring all services related activities, and supervising overall operation.
∎ Assist in preparation of the Annual report and quarterly publication.
∎ Coordinate and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
∎ Process new member applications and provide appropriate follow-up to new members on membership benefits and opportunities.
∎ Attend various meetings of the Board of Directors and Committees, taking notes of the proceedings, prepare the minutes of the meetings.
∎ Drafting communications, notes from President and BoD.
∎ Drafting event Flyers,Event Description, Club Publications, SMS, and Email etc.
∎ To assist the Secretariat in maintaining proper and smooth functionlaties of operations.
∎ Any other duty and responsibility as and when assigned by the Secretariat.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of non-profit Management and/or administrative experience in an international and multi-cultural business environment is preferable.
∎ Must have a deep understanding of service sectors and cultural environment in Bangladesh.
∎ Outstanding communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Words and PowerPoint knowledge on social media platforms.
∎ Possess excellent networking skills, entrepreneurially orientated, ability to take independent initiatives and implement own ideas.
∎ Be self-motivated, extrovert and confident in work area.
∎ Skills on problem solving and sound decision-making capabilities.
