Job Context:
∎ Gulshan Club Limited looking for an experienced professional for the position of Project Manager.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Gulshan-2)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project management including planning, implementation, monitoring & control to complete project in time.
∎ Prepare Method Statement & construction work in every segment.
∎ Must be acquainted to understand electrical, mechanical & civil engineering drawings related to the projects.
∎ Direct and supervise day to day operations of contractors, sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
∎ Coordinate and Communicate with the different consultants.
∎ Attending daily, weekly and monthly meeting with vendor, supervise site activities, work scheduling etc.
∎ Maintain project data-base by ERP.
∎ Controlling the quantity & quality of works executed at site as per drawings & specifications and maintain daily labour.
∎ Estimation and checking of materials prepare the requisition and follow up with related department.
∎ Drive the project execution team to complete the project on time, on budget with no fatality. Time to time present all reports to the Management.
∎ Should have strong communications skills in English & Bengali (written & spoken)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong technical knowledge on all kind of machinery.
Salary: Negotiable
